Classwork: Reviewed Plurality/Borda Count. Quiz on Plurality and Borda Count. Learned Plurality with Elimination method (notes).
Homework: Create your own election. You must have at least 3-5 candidates or alternatives for voters to choose from. You must have at least 15 voters. Ask them to fill out a preference ballot. Create a preference schedule from your preference ballots and determine the winner using Plurality with Elimination.

First full day of class! We opened with an introduction to our unit--Social Choice and Elections. We discussed 1.1--the basic elements of voting. There was no homework assigned.
